June 24th-26th Timber Lake Playhouse presents, a musical comedy based on the Tony Award-nominated play that’s a riotous tale of mistaken identities & unexpected romance all mixed together into a must-see show that will leave you laughing. Show times are 7:30 on Friday and Saturday and 2 pm on Sunday. Go to the website for tickets timberlakeplayhouse.org

June 24th there is free live music at the Mt. Morris Bandshell from 7-9pm. Concessions start at 6pm, band starts at 7pm. The featured performers this week will be Grass Attack playing Country, Folk, Newgrass and Bluegrass. Check out the Mt Morris Jamboree FB page for the list of future performers.

Friday, June 24th Prophetstown Proud’s Fourth Fridays start up for the 2022 season. This Friday from 5-7pm the Fourth Friday Shop Small event will be taking place in Prophetstown. Enjoy small businesses, local crafters, and vendors at Eclipse Square Memorial Park and along Washington Street. For more information click here.

Saturday, June 25th a Sip ’N Stroll Garden Walk featuring 7 gardens will be held from noon to 5pm in Lanark. The event starts at the Bill & Leigh Anne Piper residence on Claremont Street and all ticket proceeds will benefit the local CASA organization. Saturday, June 25th the Hometown Handmade Market takes place at The Barn on the Hill event center in Leaf River. This annual event showcases over 50 vendors and local makers and artists from Ogle County and surrounding communities. Hours are 10 to 4 and check out the SmallTown Girl Events FB page for details.
