Three EP wrestlers took part in the Bob Lueders Invitational on Saturday at Clinton High School with two finishing near the top of the podium.
Sophomore Wyatt Goossens wrestling at 120# took third after working his way through the wrestleback portion of the weight class. His three wins came by fall as he improved his record to 36-6.

Senior Jase Grunder came into the meet with a 37-2 mark at 152#. Grunder won three matches in route to the championship match against Grant Kress from Linn-Mar (Iowa) High School. The junior bested Grunder 11-3 to help his team secure the team title in the twenty-one team meet.
182# Luke Otten went 1-3 on the day.
The Panthers will celebrate Senior Night on Wednesday night hosting Orion and Sherrard.
