Kenneth Bohm, 78, of Lyndon, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022 at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI.
Kenneth was born on September 13, 1943 in Sterling, the son of Denis and Verna (Vaughn) Bohm. He was a United States Navy Veteran and served during the war in Vietnam. Kenny ran KLB Truck Parts for many years. He enjoyed classic cars, car club, playing cards, traveling, dressing up as Santa every year for Christmas, and most of all, spending time with his family. Kenny was a member of One Eighty Church in Sterling.
Survivors include his life partner and best friend, Louise Schmidt of Lyndon; five children, Kelly (Rodney) Knoll of Knoxville, TN, Debbie Noe of Apopka, FL, Bradley Noe of Tavares, FL, Brian Kenneth (Joyce) Bohm of Houston, TX, and Jodi (Shane) Grobe of Sterling; two brothers, Denis (Roberta) Bohm of Chicago and Robert (Georgia) Bohm of Seattle; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren.
Cremation rites have been accorded with the McDonald Funeral Home and Crematory in Rock Falls. A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Plum Creek Club, 641 Palmyra Road, Dixon, IL 61021, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.
