MCH Foundation’s annual Holiday Tour of Homes set for first weekend in December

All are invited to be inspired by the spirit of the holiday season at this annual event that will warm your heart as you tour four beautiful homes decorated for the holidays, along with a special bonus stop at Resthave Home.

If you love architecture, decorating, or are just looking for a festive activity to enjoy with friends or family, you’ll make wonderful memories at the MCH Foundation Holiday Tour of Homes. Featured homes include: Robin and Jeff Henard’s home, Brenda and Terry Mayfield’s home, Linda and Jeff Wetzell’s home, and a recently renovated home staged for the Christmas holiday. Resthave Home will also be featured offering several themed areas including the Grinch, Red Trucks, a nine-feet Memorial Tree in the Chapel, a snowman area, a winter wonderland area and Candyland with snacks and more. 

The homes will be open on Friday, Dec. 1 from 2-7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Following the tours, enjoy refreshments in the conference room of the Morrison Community Hospital. Each participant will receive a gift along with coffee, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and Christmas cookies.

While enjoying refreshments in the “Kaffee Haus” at the hospital, you will have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items including hand-made quilts, wall hangings, Christmas décor, condo get-aways, sporting events and more. 

Tickets are $15 per person, ages 13 and older only please. Tickets are now available and can be ordered by sending a check to “MCH Foundation” for the number of tickets you wish to Rich Criss, 603 Diamond Court, Morrison, IL 61270 along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.  Tickets will be returned via the mail within 3 business days.
