DIXON — The Illinois Department of Transportation revealed today that, weather permitting, the ramp from northbound Interstate 39 to westbound Harrison Avenue (Exit 122B) in Cherry Valley is scheduled to close at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14. The closure is essential for debris cleanup resulting from a truck crash.
The crossing work is scheduled to be completed on September 16th.
Work is expected to begin on Wednesday.
I-88 will be reduced to one lane in the construction areas until the end of November.
